Information about 2017-2018 Kindergarten Registration

Northside Elementary will begin registering Kindergarten students for the 2017-2018 school year on April 10th. All registration will be completed online and can be accessed by going to the Northside homepage. http://northside.siloamschools.com/
Registration should be complete by May 12, 2017.
Your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2017 to register for kindergarten.
For registration to be complete follow these steps:
· Bring the following documents to Northside
- Proof of Birth – see list of qualifying documents at siloamschools.com and click on New Student Enrollment under Quick Links.
- Proof of residency
- Immunization record
- Social Security Card - parent may request a number assigned by the district if preferred
- Current Physical (Wellness Exam) - A physical examination is required within 90 days of enrollment.
The documents listed above can be brought to the Northside office Monday- Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Any family that wishes to register onsite at Northside Elementary may do so April 28th from 9:00-11:00- and 1:00-2:00.
Information about Applying for Pre-K 2017-2018

Northside Elementary is currently taking applications for Preschool students for the 2017-2018 school year. All applications will be submitted online and can be accessed by going to the Northside homepage. http://northside.siloamschools.com/
Your child must be 4 years old on or before August 1, 2017 to apply for preschool. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first qualified basis. All qualified children who are four years old by this date will be notified by mail if accepted.
In order to qualify you must:
· Meet income guidelines
· Complete online application
· Provide necessary documentation
In order for applications to be complete follow these steps:
Bring the following documents to Northside Elementary
Proof of Birth
Proof of residency

Health Screening (Wellness Exam)
Income Verification (last 30 days of every adult living in the home, tax return, etc.)
The additional documents can be brought to the Northside office Monday- Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

3 - $40,840
4 - $49,200
5 - $57,560
6 - $65,920
7 - $74,280
8 - $82,640
For each additional person add $8,360 per person
