To register your new student, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete the online registration form through THIS LINK
   

2. Bring the following documents to Northside Elementary, email them to ns.registration@gosiloam.com, or use the upload tool during online registration:
   

• Birth Certificate

• Proof of Residency

• Immunization Record

• Social Security Card

For Kindergarten Students

1. Students must be 5 on or before August 1, 2024 to register for Kindergarten

2. All documents listed above must be turned in for enrollment to be complete

3. Current Physical/Wellness Exam is required within the first 90 days of school
