PreK New Student Registration:  2023-24 School Year

We will enroll 160 children, ages 3 or 4.  Those who will be entering kindergarten in the next school year will be given first priority.    In order to qualify you must: 

• Meet income guidelines

• Complete all paperwork

• Provide necessary documentation

All qualified children who are four years old on or before August 1 of this year, will be placed in the program and parents will be notified.  Any openings after that will be filled with students who are three years old on or before August 1, 2023.  Please note: three year old students will not be placed into the program until late Fall, after all eligible 4 year olds are served. A waiting list will be created after all openings are filled.  Students will be placed from the waiting list as openings become available, and in order, according to the date that eligibility requirements are complete. Any exceptions to this must be approved by the Program Administrator.

In order for applications to be complete follow these steps:

1. Check Income Eligibility Guidelines (200% of Federal Poverty)

Family Size- Number of people in the family:

1- $29,160 5- $70,280

2- $39,440 6- $80,560

3- $49,720 7- $90,840

4- $60,000 8- $101,120

For each additional person add $5,140 per person.

3. Fill out the ABC Preschool Application here.  

4. Bring the following documents to Northside Elementary or use the upload tool during online registration:

• Birth Certificate

• Proof of Residency

• Immunization Record

• Social Security Card

• Health Screening (Wellness Exam)

• Income Verification (last 30 days of every adult living in the home, tax return, etc.)

Documents can be brought to the Northside office Monday- Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
