To register your new student, please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the online registration form through THIS LINK

  2. Bring the following documents to Northside Elementary, email them to ns.registration@gosiloam.com, or use the upload tool during online registration:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Proof of Residency

  • Immunization Record

  • Social Security Card

For Kindergarten Students

  1. Students must be 5 on or before August 1, 2024 to register for Kindergarten

  2. All documents listed above must be turned in for enrollment to be complete

  3. Current Physical/Wellness Exam is required within the first 90 days of school

Documents can be brought to the Northside office Monday- Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. or emailed to ns.registration@gosiloam.com

Para registrar a su nuevo estudiante, complete los siguientes pasos:

1. Complete el formulario de inscripción en línea a través de este enlace  


2. Traiga los siguientes documentos a la Primaria Northside, envíalos por correo electrónico a ns.registration@gosiloam.com, o use la herramienta de carga durante la inscripción en línea:


  • Certificado de Nacimiento


  • Comprobante Domiciliario


  • Cartilla de Vacunación


  • Tarjeta de Seguro Social (si es que tiene)


  • Examen de Salud (Wellness Exam)


Los documentos se pueden llevar a la oficina de Northside de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m. o envíalos por correo electrónico a ns.registration@gosiloam.com
