WELCOME TO THE SILOAM SPRINGS SCHOOL DISTRICT !

To register your new student, please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the online registration

  2. Bring the following documents to your student’s school to complete your enrollment or use the upload tool during online registration:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Proof of Residency

  • Immunization Record

  • Social Security Card

For Kindergarten Students

  1. Students must be 5 on or before August 1, 2023 to register for Kindergarten

  2. All documents listed above must be turned in for enrollment to be complete

  3. Current Physical/Wellness Exam is required within the first 90 days of school

NEW STUDENT ONLINE REGISTRATION

Online Registration is available for NEW students to Siloam Springs School District. If you are unable to register your child online, contact your child's school.
