Daniel's unique approach makes learning both challenging and enjoyable, cultivating an environment where musicians grow both technically and personally. He’s constantly affirming us, our efforts socially and in our work, and all this helps our other directors create the positive environment for our kids that exists. Kids adore his high expectations tailored by humor and personal connection to as many students as possible. The kids respect the Hodge character and will work and respond positively in the easy and the hard times during their musical journey. He is always smiling and pleasant, even in difficult situations. John takes pride in keeping everyone safe, and he is a great role model for our students. "Kenny Thurman has worked for our school district for 24 years.  He works more hours than any employee in the district.  He clocks in at 5:15am and clocks out at 5:15pm every day.   Kenny has lived in Siloam Springs all of his life and went to school here and graduated in1983. He's a hometown boy who takes a great deal of pride in our school district and community.  We're glad Kenny Thurman is on our team!" - Steve Avery, Transportation Director

Her meticulous attention to detail and relentless work ethic not only keep the kitchen running seamlessly but also reflect her deep respect for the vital role she plays in nourishing the students. "Sandra has served at the middle school cafeteria for over 12 years.  As a cashier, she gets to see so many students every morning and greets them with a warm smile.  Oftentimes she will be recognized by a student or former student when she is out and about in the community.
