A BRIDGE Mentor is a student who is involved in the school community, eager to grow as a leader, and committed to serving others while modeling SSHS values. Mentors play an important role in helping fellow students build confidence and feel connected. This is a great opportunity to lead, serve, and make a positive impact at SSHS!

🛠️🐾Today was a great day of hands-on learning and teamwork in the shop!
Ms. Woodlee’s and Ms. Hopper’s Ag Mechanics classes teamed up for a collaborative lesson, with our Advanced Ag Metals students stepping into leadership roles to mentor Intro classes on the basics of arc welding.
From striking an arc to building confidence, it was incredible to see students learning from each other, sharing skills, and growing together.

For many, it’s their first time making a pastry—and they’re rising to the challenge. Groups are working together, dividing and conquering to prepare the filling and crust at the same time. 🌺💮Plant Science and Advanced Plant Science students had an incredible day touring the Botanical Gardens in Fayetteville! They explored a wide variety of native plants and flowers, learned about the vital role of pollinators, and gained hands-on insight into plant nutrition and effective planting techniques. Students also had the opportunity to discover exciting career pathways in plant science and horticulture. Experiences like this bring classroom learning to life and inspire the next generation of plant scientists! #Limitless #PantherNation
