Our kindergartners have been having a great time this week building forts after listening to the story The Little Red Fort. Inspired by the little red hen's determination, they've been using their creativity to create their own mini-masterpieces with Lego and Magnatiles!
The kids have been experimenting with different shapes, colors, and designs to build their forts. Some have constructed towering structures, while others have built cozy and inviting spaces. The teamwork and problem-solving skills on display have been truly impressive.
It's been a fantastic way to spark their imaginations and encourage them to think outside the box. Who knew a simple story could lead to so much fun and learning?

It's time to show our patriotic pride! Let's kick off Celebrate Freedom Week by wearing our stars and stripes on Monday. Whether it's a shirt, a hat, or a piece of jewelry, let's come together to celebrate the freedoms we enjoy as Americans.

Our kindergarteners in Mrs. Anderson's class have been practicing their number writing skills. Today, they each wrote their favorite number from 1-10. It was so fun to hear their reasons for choosing their special number.

We have the best pre-K teachers around! They're always going above and beyond to help our students learn and grow. We're so grateful for their dedication and love for our little ones. (We missed Mrs. Brown in this picture, but we know she's amazing too!)

Twinsies! 👯♀️ Our little ones looked simply adorable in their matching spirit day shirts. Such a sweet sight! 💙

Our preschoolers are soaking up the sunshine and having a great time playing outdoors! They're also busy creating beautiful artwork that's now hanging in our hallways. Check out their amazing creations!

Happy International Dot Day! 🌈 We celebrated with a splash of dots and a dose of inspiration from Peter Reynolds' classic book, "The Dot." 🎉 Our students and staff had fun dressing up in polka dots and embracing their creativity. Remember, everyone has a dot inside of them, and just like the little girl in the book, all it takes is a single dot to start a masterpiece.

This student used his PAWS on the bus and got a Bus Wow!!

🎉 Exciting news! This student has mastered their ABCs and is officially a letter expert! They earned the privilege of posting their name at the very top of Mrs. Anderson's classroom mountain! 🏔️ We're so proud of their hard work and dedication.

Our students are proving that friendship is truly the greatest gift. Watching them push each other on swings, laughing and sharing joy, warms our hearts.

Kindergarten is learning about the 5 Senses. This activity focused on "taste" and students rated the foods they tried - Sweet, Salty, Sour, and Bitter. They tasted lemons for "Sour" and these pictures were too cute not to share.

Miss Miller's class is having fun learning new math games! 🎲 This week, they mastered Count Two Ways and Shake and Spill. These fun activities are helping them practice one-to-one counting and saying the total number of items. Way to go, class!"

Mrs. Rowe's class had a blast being scientists! They asked questions, made predictions, experimented, observed, and recorded their findings.
