A new application must be filled out every school year in order to continue receiving benefits. Or maybe you've never filled out an application before, you may qualify!

✅ What’s different this year?
In the past, families could provide proof of a scheduled appointment after the deadline, and exceptions were made. This year, no exceptions will be accepted.

🚫 Students who are not up to date on immunizations by the October 1 deadline will not be allowed to return to school until their records are complete.

We encourage families to schedule appointments as soon as possible at your local pharmacy or primary care provider to avoid any disruptions to your child’s learning. Thank you for partnering with us to keep our schools safe and healthy! ❤️

In 7th grade ELA with Ms. Dockins and Mrs. Sullivan, students worked together on the “Let’s Save Fred” challenge! 🐛🍬 Using only paperclips, they had to collaborate and problem-solve to rescue Fred the gummy worm by getting him safely into his life preserver (a gummy ring). This fun activity builds teamwork, critical thinking, and communication skills—all while creating lots of laughter and excitement! 💡🤝 #PantherNation #SSMS #Limitless
