Fall conferences are just around the corner on Thursday, October 2nd, and Tuesday, October 7th. To show our appreciation for our teachers and staff, the SSMS PTO is planning to provide meals on both days.

🍎 Free & Reduced Meal Applications Reminder 🍎 Families—don’t forget! Last year’s free and reduced meal applications are expiring soon. A new application must be filled out every school year in order to continue receiving benefits. Or maybe you've never filled out an application before, you may qualify!

✅ What’s different this year?
In the past, families could provide proof of a scheduled appointment after the deadline, and exceptions were made. This year, no exceptions will be accepted.

🚫 Students who are not up to date on immunizations by the October 1 deadline will not be allowed to return to school until their records are complete.

We encourage families to schedule appointments as soon as possible at your local pharmacy or primary care provider to avoid any disruptions to your child’s learning. Thank you for partnering with us to keep our schools safe and healthy! ❤️
