Training at Allen Elementary ⚠ Our school district is proud to partner with our local police department and other emergency services to host a training event at Allen Elementary, set for tomorrow, Tuesday, June 3rd. We want to assure our families and community members that there is no cause for alarm—this is only a training exercise. By working hand-in-hand with local authorities, we are reinforcing our commitment to your safety and the well-being of all our students and staff. Thank you for your continued support.

Heads up, Panther Nation! Summer office hours kick off this Monday. If you have any questions or need to contact someone in the district, be sure to do so between Monday and Thursday. Thank you! ☀

As summer begins and we close out the 24-25 school year, we want to take a moment to celebrate and express our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff members who are retiring from the Siloam Springs School District. These individuals have dedicated their time, energy, and hearts to serving our students, families, and fellow staff. You will always be a part of the Panther Nation, and we wish you all the best in this exciting new chapter of life! 🐾

At tonight’s special board meeting, we were thrilled to welcome several new staff members to the Panther Nation! Among those hired are two key additions to our athletics program: Justin Turner as our new Athletic Director and Andy Loyd as our new Head Baseball Coach.
Coach Turner brings with him a wealth of experience. He has served as Cabot’s Head Wrestling Coach since 2017, amassing an impressive 190-40 record. Under his leadership, Cabot produced 52 regional champions, 71 All-State athletes, 15 individual state champions, and claimed 2 team state championships and 7 team regional titles. Coach Turner is also a 4-time Arkansas Coach of the Year.
Over his 24-year career across five schools, Coach Turner has compiled a 320-168 record, coached 107 All-State athletes, and 29 state champions. In addition to wrestling, he has also coached both football and baseball. Coach Turner wrestled for Oklahoma State University from 1995 to 2000. He and his wife, Rachael, have been married for 23 years and have two sons. Cael, a 2025 graduate, will be a freshman pitcher for Oklahoma State next fall, and Ryder will be a freshman in high school.
Coach Loyd is also a dynamic addition to Panther athletics. He played Division I baseball for the Air Force Falcons and began his coaching career as the Head Baseball Coach at Greenland, where he led his teams to several conference championships. He then joined Fayetteville High School as an assistant baseball coach, helping guide them to another conference title. Most recently, Coach Loyd served as the Assistant Coach at Har-Ber High School, where he helped lead the team to the state semi-finals in 2022 and 2025, and to a 6A State Championship in 2023. Coach Loyd is married to Cassie, and they have two daughters, Palmer and Presley.
We’re excited to welcome both Coach Turner and Coach Loyd to the team, and we look forward to the incredible impact they’ll have on our student-athletes and athletic programs. Welcome to Panther Nation!
